1. Appointments and Cancellations

 

• Booking: 

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our website. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations:

  • Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full-service fee will apply.

• Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

• Refunds:

  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for services rendered. For prepaid packages, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

Medical Conditions:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before your appointment.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the spa

Conduct Belongings:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully towards our staff or other clients.
